Wellington needs more homes. We expect around 80,000 more people to be living in Wellington by 2043. We are already looking at ways to house more people in the central city. We're considering how to create more homes in areas, including the central city and a new community further north.Lincolnshire Farm is strategically located between State Highways 1 and 2, close to all three major Wellington urban centres of Porirua, Hutt Valley and Wellington City. The structure plan area is roughly the area bound by State Highway 1, Grenada North, Woodridge / Newlands and Horokiwi ridge.
